Active ownership means that LU Cleantech among other things will:
- Define the strategy, business model and business plan
- Assist in the recruitment of staff and board
- Provide assistance and coaching to management
- Provide technical back-up and assist in product development
- Assist with advice and support in patent and trademark issues
- Assist with contacts to businesses and companies within LU Cleantech’s network
- Assist in financial planning and actively participate in fundraising
- Participate and assist in the negotiation of licenses, partnerships and similar
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of exit
