Bo Håkansson, Chairman
Born 1946. He has an MBA from Lund University, with dr.hc, has throughout his career worked to build and lead businesses. First as a specialist in financing and the Swedish and international corporate taxation. Thereafter, as the owner/president/CEO of a number of different companies including Wihlborgs, Active Biotech, aCap Invest and Midelfart Sonesson. Bo is currently operating mainly in medicine and technology. He is Chairman of Biolin, Hansa Medical, Exini, Malmö Börssällskap and Board member of, among others Karo Bio. Nils-Olof Björk, Member of the Board
Born 1947. Nils-Olof holds a PhD in chemistry from Lund University. Since 1975, Nils-Olof Björk has been employed by AlfaLaval where he has held various leading positions and all over the world. As a member of the AlfaLavals management team since 2002 he has been responsible for M&A and incubator operations. He is also member of the board of Tranter, an AlfaLaval group company with its own brand, and deputy Chairman of the board of Österlens Kraft. For more information email Nils-Olof.
BG Svensson, Member of the Board
Born 1945. Engineer and has a MBA from the University of Lund. BG is CEO of LUAB and LU Development and has extensive experience from the financial sector, such as Director and Regional Manager PK Finans AB and Director of Global Financial Services A / S. Further he also has held various senior positions within the Swedish Bank – Handelsbanken, in Sweden, England and Denmark and has been Regional Manager in Unibank Group. For more information email BG.
